Roman V. Chmura March 30, 1947 – June 16, 2015 Preceded in death by parents, Stefan and Anna. Survived by wife, Judee; sons, Adam and Alex (Anne); grandchildren: Lily, Elizabeth and Vivian; sisters, Mary Venditte and Chris Salisbury (Mike); many nieces and nephews. VISITATION begins Friday, June 19th at 4pm, with a VIGIL SERVICE at 6:30pm, all at the West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Saturday, June 20th at 10am at St. Columbkille Catholic Church. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
