January 30, 1966 – July 26, 2019

He was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert C. Swanson; and stepfather, Bruce Steinfeldt. Survived by wife, Tara Swanson; daughter, Olivia Bosco; son, Jacob Swanson; mother, Mary H. Steinfeldt; sister, Cathy Swanson McCarthy-Haney (Bob); brother Carl Swanson; nieces, Ali and Caitlin McCarthy; and nephews, Austin and Matthew Swanson, and Nick Bosco.

The Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, 5pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel.  FUNERAL MASS: Thursday, August 1st at 11:00am at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 11802 Pacific Street.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Swanson Children Education Fund.

    So sorry to hear of Chris passing. I remember our days at Pat and Mike’s well (and some not so well). Always a smile for whoever was in front of you. We reconnected as Facebook friends and I was so happy you found love and your wonderful kiddos. Your spirit will live on in those you’ve touched.
