Survived by son, Mark Carnevalo; daughters and sons-in-law: Debbie and Dan OConnell, Phyllis and John Bober; 6 grandchildren: Valerie (Brian) Holmes, Alicia, Cory and Shane OConnell, Ashley and Angela Bober; brother, Carroll Johnson; other relatives and many friends. VISITATION from 9am Sunday, with family receiving friends 2-4pm at the West Center Chapel followed by PRAYER SERVICE at 4pm. SERVICES Monday, 11am, Peace Presbyterian Church, 333 So. 204 St. in Elkhorn. Luncheon at church followed by interment at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to Peace Presbyterian Church.
