Cleo D. Hatjinos (Kleanthe Domouzi Hatzikonstantinou)

July 17, 1925 – August 17, 2023

Born in Mesagro, Lesvos, Greece and entered into rest in Omaha, Nebraska. 

She married Nicholas Hatjinos (Nikolaos Hatzikonstantinou) on June 6, 1946.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas Hatjinos;  parents, Dimitrios and Mercina Domouzi; sisters, Eleni Zeppou, and Maria.

She is survived by her children: George Hatjinos (Sharon), Helen Katsiris (Spiros), Mercina Karbowski (Ed); grandchildren: Holly Hatjinos, Nick Hatjinos, Alexandria Thiessen (Kevin), Konstantinos Katsiris, Nicholas Katsiris (Alexandria), Joseph Jensen (Angelica), Kleanthe “Kea” Jensen, Elijah Karbowski, Abigail Karbowski, Isaac Karbowski; great-grandchildren:  George Niko Hatjinos, Nolan Hatjinos, Arlo Thiessen, Spiro Katsiris, Elias Katsiris, Cirilla Jensen.

Visitation: Sunday, August 27th from 5:00PM – 7:00PM at West Center Chapel with a Trisagion Prayer Service at 6:30PM.

Funeral: Monday, August 28th, 10:30AM at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church (602 Park Avenue).

Interment: Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery

Memorials are suggested to St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church

    My deepest and heartfelt sympathy in the passing of your beloved Mother, Cleo. She was such a good, faithful and Godly woman. So kind and was a wonderful friend to my mother. May Her Memory be Eternal, in the hearts and minds of all who love her!
