Preceded in death by her husbands, Victor Scheer and John Fletcher. Survived by her sons, Victor Scheer (Kennetha), Rodney Scheer (Virginia), and Richard A. “Rick” Scheer; sister, Darlene Frans (Jack); brother, Kenneth Kuhlman; grandchildren: James Scheer, Zachary Scheer (Jessica), and Jill Grandstaff (Terry); seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 13th from 5pm to 7pm at the Bel Air Chapel, 12100 W. Center Rd. Interment and Private Family Graveside Service at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to Methodist Hospice.

Cleo was a wonderful mother-in-law to my sister Milli. I pray they are united in heaven.
I am so very sorry to hear that Cleo passed. I’ve been trying to get a hold of her for a few weeks. Someone just tonight called to say the saw the obit. She lived a long and very active life and was always looking at the up side of things. She was always very special to me and I learned so very much from her. I truly loved her and told her so every time we talked. I will always be proud to call her my Step-Mother with much love.
I will keep your family in my prayers. Cleo will be greatly missed by me as well.
