Daniel H. Collins January 31,1950 – December 11, 2015 He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Collins and Tina (McDaniel-Cascio) Collins. He is survived by his wife, Jodi; children: Dawn Orlando, Al Collins, Alexandria Cole, and Emilee Collins; grandchildren: Paris, Azure, Knyli, Alden and Miles; sisters, Connie Middleton and Pam Prchal; brother, Jack Collins. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 15th from 6pm to 8pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm, all at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Wednesday, December 16th at 10am at the West Center Chapel. Private Interment. Memorials may be directed to the family.
