In Loving Memory of Dai Van Nguyen

July 13, 1944 – August 26, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dai Van Nguyen, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, who peacefully left us at the age of 79. He was surrounded by his loving family during his final moments.

Dai was married to his wife Mung for 55 years.  He was dearly loved by many families and friends.

Dai was preceded in death by his parents, Quang & Hoa; mother-in law, Hue; brothers, Binh and Tuong; sister, Sen. He is survived by his spouse, Mung; sons, Hau (Phuong), Hoa (Thanh), Brandon, and Patrick (Truc); daughters Holly (Sung), Krystal (Dien); brothers, Dinh (Lan), Dat (Diep); sister, Hue (Lac); 15 grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all and leaves behind cherished memories that will forever remain in our hearts.

The visitation will be held on Friday, September 1^st from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Heafey-Hoffman-Dworak-Cutler (7805 W. Center Rd, Omaha, NE 68124).

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 2^nd at 10:00 am at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church (4002 J St, Omaha, NE 68107).
