Daniel J. Barna, age 61years, employed by UNMC as a Maintenance Tech IV. Dan enjoyed the outdoors; specifically the sport of hunting, fishing, trap and skeet shooting. He also enjoyed swimming and holding down a raft while soaking up the sunshine. Dan enjoyed movies and often quoted some of the most famous lines.
Dan enjoyed many avenues of cooking; he enjoyed smoking brisket and pork as well as grilling. He loved preparing many of our traditional family dishes and was also a fantastic baker making what he referred to as “fat girl friendly” desserts.
