I was a student of Mr. Stuva at Creighton Prep in the 1990s. His AP Physics course was one of the best classes I’ve ever had in high school or college. It was formative for me and helped lead me to a a degree and career in computer engineering. Lots of fond memories from that class and of his teaching. He was exceptional at demonstrating how physics principles apply to the practical world. Phenomenal teacher and great man.
I’ve requested a Holy Mass at my local parish be offered for the repose of his soul. May perpetual light shine up on him and may his memory be eternal. Laudetur Iesus Christus!
