Baxter; sons and daughters-in-law: David A. and Joanna Baxter III, John and Lisa Baxter; daughter and son-in-law, Lori Baxter and Ian Cotton; 3 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Wednesday, 11am, West Center Chapel. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church or Salvation Army.
