David Curt Cosgrove

December 8, 1974 – September 26, 2021

David was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys.  He enjoyed camping, computer gaming, Mage Knight, and a family BBQ.  The true joys in David’s life were the marriage to his wife, Jennifer (Carrison) Cosgrove, his children: Corrine Cosgrove, Georgia (Cosgrove) Howard (Gerik), Alyxandra Cosgrove, William Cosgrove; granddaughter, Kassandra Ozuna.  David was loved by his mother, Janet (Baird) Cosgrove; father, Michael Cosgrove; brother, Peter Cosgrove (Christina); and his nieces and nephews: Ian, Zoey, Matthew, and Delaney.  David passed away surrounded by his family.

The family will be holding a Celebration of Life BBQ on Friday, October 1st from 3pm-7pm at Ralston Park, 7700 Park Dr, Ralston, NE 68127.

    You were my first born, we traveled Europe together, learning new places, delighting in new things. From California to Texas, to Michigan to Virginia to West Berlin and a side-stop throughout Brest Britain in 1977, for the Queens 25th jubilee. We lived an interesting life with your children, my grandchildren and I will miss you and our 10pm video calls every day of my life. I love you my firstborn son. Mom

    Sorry for all the family. You will hurt for a long time, Everyone says we have our memories . I found memories were hard to get at first, but they come easier in time. Prayer certainly helps to bring piece and comfort. God bless you each one . Utha May
