Helen T. David Mar 18, 1914 – Dec 21, 2015 She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Peter David; son-in-law, Jack Czerwinski; daughter-in-law, Donna David; great-grandson, John Dennis Minton. Survived by daughters, Patricia Davis (Robert) and Barbara Gosch (Elliott); son, Michael David; grandchildren: Julie Minton (Dennis), Lisa Czerwinski, Matthew David, and Emily Eigensee (Adam); great-grandchildren: Alex and Michaela Minton, Kennedy Czerwinski, Jamie and Brooke Eigensee; nieces and nephews. VISITATION begins Wednesday, December 23rd at 4:30pm with a WAKE SERVICE at 6:30pm, all at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Thursday, December 24th, 9:30am at the mortuary to Christ the King Catholic Church for MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 10am. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Notre Dame Sisters or Christ the King Catholic Church.
