He is survived by his wife, Ann; children: Lauren Nogel (Stephen), Monica Barker (Tyler), Madeline Lamrani (Hamza), Jeffrey and Joseph Boulay; three granddaughters: Eloise, Audrey, and Sara; parents, Jerry and Michaeleen Boulay; siblings: Greg Boulay (Kathy), Mark Boulay (Leann), Jim Boulay (Regina), and Nikki Cripe (Dave); nieces and nephews.

VISITATION observing CDC guidelines:  Sunday, April 4th at 5pm to 7pm at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 20500 W. Maple Road, Elkhorn with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm.  MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Monday, April 5th at 10:30am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Elkhorn.  Interment: Calvary Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Educate Uganda.

    Mary and I were saddened to hear about Dave’s passing. I knew Dave and had worked with his company for years. Our prayers are with the Boulay family.

    Our condolences to the entire Boulay family. We are deeply saddened by your loss. David was a wonderful person who will be missed by many. May you find strength during this difficult time. We were glad to be able to join virtually to attend the services and hope to see you all in person soon.

    There are no words to describe our thoughts and feelings for a wonderful family such as yours. To lose David was devastating to not only your immediate family but to all who knew him. Please excuse our delay in sending condolences as we are currently out of town, but we have kept you in our daily prayers and thoughts.
