Member of Optimist International, serving as Vice Pres. 1986-1987; member of Phi Delta Theta, receiving Golden Legion Award for over 50 years of membership; member of Hi Phis Rock & Roll Band during college; long-time active member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral; General Agent for Penn Mutual Life Insurance; founded Custom Catering. Preceded in death by parents, James and Dot Mohler. Survived by wife of 49 years and high school sweetheart, Janice A. Mohler; sons and daughters-in-law, John and Brenda Mohler, James and Tawnya Mohler; daughters, Amy Mohler and Melinda Mohler; grandchildren; Ashley, Taylor, Jacob, Steven, Lauren, Jimmy, Karli and Hailey; great-grandchildren: Zeta, Elijah, Colin and Alissa; sister and brother-in-law, Marcia and Dr. James Ransom; beloved pets, Spunky and Robert.
