Prayers for family and friends. I enjoyed working with Dean at the old U. S. National Bank and then at ACI, now TSA. He had a sense of humor and made people laugh. He had a classic picture on the wall of his office. The three ships of pilgrims sailing on the ocean with the first one falling off the “edge of the world” with others soon to follow.. Started a few conversations.
My condolences to the Kramer family. I know what it is like to lose a loved one. May Dean Rest In Peace and the Kramer family find peace of a life well lived

Great guy good friend, although we lost touch in recent years i alway enjoyed my friendship and business relationship when buying his bar 3 cheers. Deans handshake and word were as good as gold. He also had a heart of gold as well.

Knowing Dean was a very special time in my life. He was an extraordinary man. A kind and caring friend, husband, brother & son.
