DeEarl B. “Bud” Chase

July 18, 1947 – March 19, 2019

Survived by wife, Gerry Chase; children: Christine Chase, Duane Chase (Jennifer), Kelly Lee (Adam), and Wendy Jedlicka (James); seven grandchildren; sisters, Deanna O’Brien and Joanne Roiger (Loren); nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends; and pal, Ally.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 24th from 3pm to 5pm at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 4804 Grover, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 5pm.  MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Monday, March 25th at 11am, St. Thomas More Catholic Church.  Interment, St. John Cemetery with honors by OPD.  Memorials will be directed by the family.

    I’m so sorry to hear about Bud. I worked with him over 30 years ago when I worked at OPD. my dad, Art Erikson, #215., worked in the accident office and in traffic with him. Bud was always a nice guy and always willing to share a story or a joke sadly, the group of officers who have earned their rest grows larger every year. Your family is in my prayers.
