With a heavy heart and unimaginable sorrow, we inform you that Diane K. Bartlett, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on January 16, 2024 at 68 years of age surrounded by friends and family. She was the loving grandmother of seven grandchildren: Vincent, Chloe, Nautis, Cameryn, Jaxx, Zavier, Mila, and one great-grandchild, Layla all from her two children, Josiah and Nichole. She was born on October 15, 1955, to loving parents, Cecil and Kathleen who instilled in her and her siblings, Linda, John, and Mary, a great sense of humor, integrity and love for family that she carried throughout her life. She was charismatic, straightforward, and selfless. She was truly adored by her family and friends.

In 1974 she was married to Robert Bartlett with whom she spent the rest of life. Diane’s warm and infectious personality drew people to her. Her laugh was infectious, heartfelt, and could light up a room. With her quick wit and expert timing, she could have thrived as a comedian if she ever would have taken that up. Unfortunately, she would not be able to express that quick wit to us after her stroke left her with aphasia and unable to speak more than a few words. Somehow though she would manage to get her point across. She fought hard after her stroke in 2017 to enjoy life, and she managed to see the birth of two additional grandchildren as well as the birth of her first great-grandchild in the years since. She kept her Irish up, as she used to say, and until the very last day she was fighting. She was one of a kind and will be truly missed by all.
