Survived by mother Amy Hayes and fiancée David Preucil; father David Hayes; brother Noah Hayes; sister Jayne Preucil; grandparents, Charles and Marjorie Hayes all of Omaha; grandmother Kathy (Dwight) Ravnsborg, Pisgah, IA; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
