Dominic J. Pistillo

Survived by wife, Joan (Glissman) Pistillo; children: Janet Anderbery (Lee), Joyce Garza (Rob), and Pam West (Bob); stepchildren, Gary Glissman (Paula) and Cindy Glissman; grandchildren: Katelin Anderbery, Melissa Araiza (Aaron), Joseph Anderbery, Chris Short (Sarah), Kelly Warner, and Michael Glissman; great-grandchildren: Savannah Short, Cole Short, Christian Short, Malik Warner, Antwan “A.J.” Minton, and Alaric Araiza; brother, Michael (Mary); many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of thirty-six years, Shirley A. McCaul; his son, Dominic J. Pistillo, Jr., and eight siblings.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 14th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES: Wednesday, August 15th at 10:00 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 14205 Ida Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68142. Interment, Calvary Cemetery with military honors by Benson VFW Post 2503. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church.

Joan you have my deepest sympathy. I just found out about Dom’s passing. I feel sadness that I was not able to see him one last time. I will always remember our time at work & of course on the golf course.
