Don Steven Page
January 14, 1951 – April 5, 2025
Don Steven Page, born January 14, 1951, joined God and his family on April 5, 2025. Husband, Father, and Papa, Don was loved by so many. Survived by his wife of 42 years, Shari Page; sons, Ben and Joel; daughters-in-law, Elizabeth and Jen; grandkids: Gianna, Vinny, Isla, and Kalin. Awaiting Don with God is his son, Timothy Don Steven; brother, Dave; father, Ken; mother, Lulu; brother, Kirk.
Born in Ames, Iowa, Don was an avid outdoorsman and athlete. He competed in many sports and excelled in Football and Baseball at Ames High School. After high school, Don attended Iowa State before enlisting in the Marines. The Marines helped shape Don – into someone who never had the will to fail.
After four years, Don came back to Cedar Falls and completed his Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Northern Iowa and began his career at Honeywell. Eventually a move to Omaha and a new office led him to meet his wife, Shari, and the rest is as they say, history.
In 42 years, Don and Shari raised their family with faith, love, and discipline. Don’s biggest joy was his sons. Some of the boys’ fondest memories involve tough lessons but plenty of love – learning how to hunt, fish, become athletes, and excel in school. Most importantly, they learned the lessons needed to take care of their own families.
Don endured enough heartbreak to last several lifetimes, but he never let that get in the way of his goals. Don is going to be missed by so many, but we know he is with God and at peace. He would want us not to shed a tear for him, but to remember what he did for everyone around him and know that he will be keeping watch.
To Don/Dad/Papa: We miss you and will be with you again soon.
Love your family, Shari, Ben, Joel, Elizabeth, Jen, Gianna, Vinny, Isla, and Kalin.

Don and I became friends through Honeywell. Many good laughs about how some of our common business acquaintances had some fun stories we both knew. I’ll miss our fishing together. Peace, Paul Vyhanek, Minneapolis
RIP. Sending condolences to the family. Always enjoyed playing golf with Don in Arizona. He had more chip-ins than anyone. Keep a tee time open for me.
