Don William Swaggard, age 90 years.  He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Bonny L. Swaggard; daughter, Melissa Sue Rice and her husband, Timothy, and grandson, Andrew, of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and daughter Elizabeth Ann Bobenhouse and her husband, Dr. Jim Bobenhouse, of Lincoln, Nebraska, and grandson, Neil Bobenhouse, of St. Louis, Missouri; sister-in-law, Karen Meyers and her husband Frank.

Don was born to Harry Chaodos and Blanche Swaggard in Millersburg, Ohio. Don was raised in Cleveland, Ohio, before serving in the US Air Force Band for four years at Offutt Air Base. He was very active in the music world in and around Omaha— Omaha and Lincoln Symphonic Orchestra, freelance playing, and teacher of French Horn.  He enjoyed tennis throughout his life.

He and Bonny were very active members of First Covenant Church for 57 years, and he taught and served on various boards. He enjoyed his relationship with his loving church family.
