Preceded in death by wife, Charlotte Lamphere; parents, Kenneth and Lena Lamphere.  Survived by children: Michael S. Lamphere (Karla), Donald M. Lamphere (Patti), and Steven J. Lamphere; grandchildren, Shelby Lamphere and Jacob Lamphere; brother, Richard Lamphere (Bonnie); nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 30^th from 6pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel, 7805 W. Center Rd.  SERVICES Tuesday, October 31^st at 11am at Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church, 2650 Farnam.  Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park with military honors by Benson VFW Post 2503.  Memorials to Alzheimer’s Association or Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church.
