Donald Joseph Thibodeau

Donald Joseph Thibodeau was born on September 28, 1934 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the third child of Mary and Oliver Thibodeau, of Omaha, Nebraska.
A kind and gentle man with a big, booming voice, he was devoted to his church and family.
Donald worked at Brandeis Department Store and at Albertson’s Grocery. He spent his free time as an avid collector of coins, postcards, wooden nickels, and dog tags. He enjoyed spending countless hours organizing and presenting his collections at shows.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Oliver Thibodeau, Jr, Philip, Mary Martin, and James, Sr.; two nephews. He is survived by his sisters-in-law, Loretta Thibodeau, and Nancy Thibodeau; ten nieces and nephews; eighteen grandnieces and grandnephews.
VISITATION begins on Wednesday, Nov. 15th at 9:30am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2110 S. 32nd Ave., followed by ROSARY at 10am and MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 10:30am. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Holy Name Catholic Church or Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

So sorry to hear of this loss. Donald was a fine man and I enjoyed the time that I spent with him.
