Brad and family, My deepest condolences in your loss. Donna was such an amazing woman! l worked with her many years ago (and Brad, too) back in the “Hinky Dinky” days! And I’ve kept up on your family thru her sister Joannie over all these years. I was lucky to have visited with her a few years ago when I was in Omaha with Joannie and she hadn’t changed a bit (well – maybe a little – we’re not the spring chicks we used to be ☺️💗). My thoughts are with you as I know how much she meant to all of you. Heidi

I’m sorry to hear of Donna’s passing. I worked with her during her earlier years at the American Red Cross. She was such a gem!!
My heartfelt sympathy and prayers for Donna’s husband and family. I first met Donna as a Grandmother volunteer for my Preschool classroom at St. Stephen the Martyr School. Our friendship grew from there. I throughly enjoyed our visits together. Donna was the most creative person I have ever met. Her house was a warm and loving home. She dearly loved her family and was so proud of them. Her faith meant everything to her and she felt God’s presence throughout her cancer journey. She faced so many challenges with her cancer treatments but always saw the glass half full. Donna was a true witness to her faith. A priest once said that the best was to honor someone is to carry on some of their attributes in your own life. The first three that came to my mind were Donna’s Faith, and trust in the Lord , how she Loved her neighbor and how she spread Joy. to everyone that she met. I’ll miss you dear friend. ♥️
Brad,
I am so sorry for the loss of Donna. Sending thoughts and prayers from the Grand Island area!
