She was preceded in death by her father, A.T. Crumly; brother, Alvin Crumly. She is survived by her husband, James; sons: Greg (fiancée, Ginger Chandler), and Troy (Jeanne); grandson, Thomas “T.J.” Nissen; mother, Margaret Crumly; sister, Janice Champion.
The Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 7th, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the West Center Chapel with MEMORIAL SERVICE at 3:00 p.m..
A Celebration of Donna’s Life will follow at Champions Run, 13800 Eagle Run Drive, at 5:00 p.m. Private Interment. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
