Dora “Jeanette” Lyons Sudbeck

Dora Sudbeck, known to many as “Jeanette,” passed away on February 24, 2018, in Indianapolis, Indiana, at the age of 85 years. Jeanette will be forever remembered by her children, Bill Lyons and his wife Jan of Omaha, Jill Druskis and her husband Larry of Indianapolis, and Jenna Buckley and her fiancé James Farrell of Omaha. Jeanette will also be forever remembered by her five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, extended family and dear friends, the loving staff of Rosegate Village Nursing Home in Indianapolis, and her faithful dog Bonnie. Jeanette was preceded in death by husbands William Lyons and Donald Sudbeck.
VISITATION will be held on Thursday, March 1st from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Friday, March 2nd at 10:30am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 4804 Grover St. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Omaha. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Promise 4 Paws Dog Sanctuary, 3094 Cedar St., Missouri Valley, IA 51555.
