Age 93 – January 31, 2021

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles E. Chaka. She is survived by her daughters, Connie Young (Jack); Susan Chaka (Robert Simon); son, Gary Chaka (Marlene Simmons); grandchildren, Nicholas Young (Jenny) and Christina Young (David Harvey, Jr.); great granddaughters, Meara and Adalyn.

Visitation: Thursday, February 4, 2021, 5:00-7:00pm, West Center Chapel. Services: Friday, February 5, 2021, 11:00am, West Center Chapel. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to charity of your choice.

    I just want to give the Chaka family, my love and hugs during this difficult time ❤️ Dorothy was an angel and always gave hug’s to everyone, she treated me as one of her kids and I will truly miss her, she was one of a kind🙏🏻
