There are so many wonderful memories. The perfect Thanksgiving dinners for 50 years, Christmas was always so special (you making auger cookies the night we decorated the tree). Platte River State Park, the cabin, all the sporting events you attended for years. Thank you for being my Mom, my nurse when needed and often my confidant. I’ll miss you. Rest in peace.

I growing up you were always my second mother. Lord knows , I was at your house probably more than my own. You will be missed by many for numerous reasons, but be welcomed by more waiting to be reunited with you. May heaven be everything you were missing here on earth. Please embrace my mother for me. I know you finally got your wish to be in Heaven, but it doesn’t mean the ones left behind are are hurting.. Rest in Heaven.

Dot and I met Mrs. Dropinski through one of her sons, Bob. In the 7 or so short years that we knew her, we enjoyed our telephone conversations, sending cards through the mail, and the afternoon we spent talking to her on her enclosed patio with one of her daughters, Chris, and a friend.
We learned early on she loved to talk. We mean that in a Loving way. It was so easy to talk to her and with every conversation, we grew to love her more and more.
We heard so many stories of her family, and her beloved late husband Jim. From each story you could tell how much she loved everyone in her family.
Dot and I believe she was a God Send to us, and we learned to Respect, Admire and Love Mrs. Dropinski.
    GOD BLESS YOU!!
