Born on Oct. 3, 1928 in Henderson, IA to Joseph and Elsie Viner.  Passed away on Oct. 14, 2018 at the Josie Harper Hospice House.  Preceded in death by her husband, Lad “Breezy” Brezacek and many furry family members.  Survived by her brother, William “Bud” Viner; caregiving nieces: Cheri Loehr, Sandy Paxton, Deb Viner, and Diane Woodworth; nephew, Bob Snelling; special caregiving friend, Kristi Kellogg; and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Dorothy worked many years for Woodman of the World Insurance Company.  Dottie, as she was known to her Omaha Sports Club friends, was an avid skier, water sports enthusiast, and fisherman.  She also enjoyed sewing, quilting, and ceramics.  An animal lover, Dorothy gave a loving home to many pets over the years.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  Memorials can be made in her name to the Omaha Humane Society or Henry Doorly Zoo.

Many memories of fun activities like boating and swimming with Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Lad. Good people and a great influence in my growing- up years.

I met Dorothy through my sister Kristi I did not have a close relationship but I knew her to be a kind, caring gentle person who always made me smile.
