Preceded in death by parents, Thelma and Chapman Halbert; sons, Douglas and Steven Halbert. Survived by wife, Belinda J. Halbert; children, Kimberly D. Waite and David S. Halbert; stepsons: Robert E. Graham III (Amy Marie), David W. Graham, and Randolph S. Graham (Shari); grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; sister, Donna; brother, Richard.
No Services will be held. Private Family Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park.

Ver sorry to hear about Doug. We had been friends for over 30 years. He will be greatly missed!
I’m thankful I had the pleasure of knowing him and was a part of the Halbert family for the time I was. I know he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family at this time. Especially Belinda I wish there was something more I could do or say that would help but not sure there is. But just know I will be thinking of you and I will be in touch. Until we meet again.

My mom and dad Vern and Kay Gerdes was lucky to have Doug as a friend as they all shared the roots of Fall city Ne Class mates , Doug was a great guy! Prayers to family, friends and co-workers, you will be missed Dearly ❤️ builders supply is a great company to work with they’ve been terrific and Doug was always an awesome man to work with and have as a friend.
