DOWNS, Douglas E., “Doug” Jun 3, 1943 – Oct 29, 2014 Survived by wife, Mary Anne Downs; four daughters: Cindy Kinne (Ross), Mary Pat Mangiameli, Michele Terrell (Mike), and Stacy Downs; six grandchildren: Missy, Samantha, Nick, Alex, Michael, and Caleb; four great-grandchildren: Josh, Tony, Zack, and Mary Alexis; brother, Dennis Downs; sister, Kathy Downs (Jim). The family will receive friends Sunday, November 2nd from 4pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Monday, November 3rd at 1pm at the West Center Chapel. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum with military rites by Millard American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 8334. Memorials may be directed to the family.
