Navy Dental Corps, 1945 to 1947; Omaha dental practice, 51 years; Creighton University graduate and football athlete; member, Creighton Prep Hall of Fame; member, 1939 McDevitt National Baseball Champions. Preceded in death by wife, Mariam Buda, and second wife, Mary Buda. Survived by sons: Sam Buda, Jr. (Shelli), Joe Buda (Julie), and James Buda (Tina); daughter, Linda Buda (Gary Goldstein) and Marilyne Buda Evans (Dan); 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and one-to-be; nieces and nephews; cousins and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, October 27th from 6pm to 7pm, with CELEBRATION OF LIFE at 7pm, all at the West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Tuesday, October 28th at 10am at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery with military honors. Memorials to Creighton Prep.
