September 3, 1930 – March 19, 2020
Preceded in death by husband, Dan Vermillion. Survived by sons: Dan Vermillion (Mary Holland), Doug Vermillion (Cari) and David Vermillion (Pam); daughters: Diane Dougherty (Dave), Denise Bast and Donna Kallhoff (Donald), grandchildren: Phillip Dougherty (Kelsey), Sarah McIntyre (Brian), Kelly Shimmin (Don), Haley Holland, Eileen Dunbar, Laura Bast, Lauren Kallhoff, Jonathan Kallhoff; Grace Kallhoff, Kaylee Maye (Brian), Hana Vermillion, Emily Vermillion, Dan Vermillion and Joe Vermillion; and great-grandchildren: Max McIntyre, Cal McIntyre, Scarlett McIntyre, Brogan Dunbar, Vivian Shimmin, Mason Maye, Nolan Dougherty and Caden Dougherty.
MEMORIAL MASS at a later date, to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to V.N.A. Hospice, Omaha Food Bank or E.P.S.

Dear Diane, I was so sorry to see your mom’s passing. I remember all the fun we had as young kids going over there. Your Mom and Dad were the nicest people and were always so welcoming. Those were great memories. Sending you and all the rest of your fun family……my deepest sympathy.

Drago was such a joy to all that knew her. I can not tell all you fun loving Vermillion Family how much I enjoyed your Parents, Danny and Draga. I was your adopted sister, even had a D name!! I will always remember having a HIGHBALL , Whiskey Sour. with them at their home. I can now see your parents and Elsie all being at Peace and enjoying their Whiskey Sours.
So sorry to hear of Draga’s passing.She was a neat lady.
My prayer’s are with the family at this sad time.
I so enjoyed a brief but loving and meaningful friendship with Draga. What a dear heart.. My blessings go out to her entire family.
