Preceded in death by son, Verlyn; brother, Larry; parents, Archer and Mary; daughter-in-law, Kathy. Survived by wife, Edna; children: Patricia Wokurka, Donald (Teresa), Verneal Rogers, Douglas (Jackie), Kevin (Nancy), and Kimberley Arnold (William); seventeen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Carol Collins; loving dog, Murphy; many other loving family members.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 31st, 6pm to 8pm at the Bel Air Chapel. FUNERAL Wednesday, February 1st, 10am, First Christian Church, 6630 Dodge St. Additional FUNERAL SERVICE in Pawnee City on Wednesday, Feb. 1st at 3pm at First Presbyterian Church. Interment, Pawnee City, Nebraska Cemetery with military honors by Pawnee County American Legion and VFW, with U.S. Navy Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Boy Scouts of America, Mid America Council.

We were so sad to hear of Duanes passing. We always sat behind them st First Christian and miss seeing them. He never missed s chance to reach back and give Zoe a playful tweak when she was little. Such a twinkle in his eye! Our condolences to you and yours,
