Elsass (Douglas); stepdaughters, Lori Reiner (Dr. Richard) and Lisa Strohmyer (Dr. Jeff); stepson, Dr. Ross Bacon (Kim); brother, Jerald E. Smith, M.D. (Darlene); sixteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
MEMORIAL SERVICE Saturday, Jan. 14th at 11am, Morning Star Lutheran Church, 331 So. 85th Ave. Private Interment, Evergreen. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Morning Star Lutheran Church or Immanuel Charitable Foundation.
