JOHNSON, Edith E. May 6, 1927 – Jun 14, 2010 Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and treasured friend, passed away peacefully Monday night. This strong loving, faithful woman will be missed by all of those whose lives she touched. Survived by husband, James E. Johnson Sr.; children: Elizabeth C. Johnson of Omaha, Patricia A. Thomas and husband Rodney of Stillwell, KS, James E. Johnson Jr. of Overland Park, KS; 6 grandchildren: Trevor and Alex Johnson, Hunter, Seth, Shelbey and Dalton Thomas; great-grandson, Jayce Johnson; brother, Charles Hardy; sisters: Doris Torguson, Frances Hardy and Carolyn Olson. VISITATION begins Thursday, 4pm, with WAKE SERVICE at 7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Friday, 9:30am, West Center Chapel to St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church for MASS at 10am. Entombment, Calvary Mausoleum. Memorials are suggested to the Omaha Food Bank or charity of your choice.
