Please accept my and my family’s condolences for your loss.   Unfortunately I did not know Mr.  Burns,  but his daughter Dawn is one of my very best friends.  I know he was a wonderful man,  because his daughter is a beautiful,  kind,  thoughtful person.  I pray you find peace in your special memories of Ed.  Moving forward after a loved one’s death can be scary and sad.   My wish for you is a new normal that includes a beautiful life such that you all honor his loss and love one another through the grief.  You are all very special,  and a parent/ husband/ uncle etc. shines through you in a beautiful light of love and appreciation.
