I have appreciated Elaine as our oldest first cousin who could tell us so much of our family history. I had a wonderful visit last week with her. As Elaine said: I am ready! I regret that I will be out of town for a grand niece’s baptism.I had wanted to be at the funeral Mass. May Elaine be blessed to be with God in heaven!
We enjoyed playing bridge with Elaine the last six years, and appreciated her bridge skills and also the nice person she was. Our sympathies to her family.
We were lucky to be neighbors to Bernie and Elaine. They loved their home and were always working in the yard, great neighbors are always cherished! Much love to you all, Elaine and Bernie will always be in our hearts.
We are so sorry to hear of Elaine’s passing. We first met Elaine and Bernie through our parish St Getald. We then started playing in the bridge group there once a month. They were a wonderful couple. Elaine continued to played bridge with us after Bernie’s passing. She was a very articulate bridge player and a beautiful person inside and out. We will miss you Elaine, wishing you many marathons bridge games with Bernie and first in every tournament! God’s blessings on you and everyone in your wonderful family.

I was just informed by my brother of Elaine’s passing. I am so saddened by this news. I had the privilege and honor of working with Elaine for 25 years at the truck center. Just a wonderful lady she was. When I became the parts manager there she was so helpful when I needed a letter drafted. She was skilled at shorthand, which I was always amazed at watching her. Every time she did one it always came back perfect and she cleaned up all of my grammar. She also sang at my wedding for my wife Dee and I. I was blessed to have her as, not only a coworker, but a dear friend. She is in the lord’s good hands now.
