We were sorry to hear of Aunt Snookie’s passing. She was a wonderful human being and a caregiver to all. We will always remember how good she was to us when we were kids.

We are just heartbroken! We met her by casual conversation at the dog track, which led to friendship and then family!! I will never meet a person, so likable, caring and sharp as she was. I just wish I could mold myself to half the person she was!! RIP my friend with Live the Hoopes

I’ll never forget how funny Elizabeth was, her siblings called her “baby snookums” And Snooky for short. She was so sharp. She bet on horses and dogs at the track at AKSARBEN. I remember that she really loved it when Council Bluffs opened their casino! She was a generous kind and caring soul. Heaven is better off because she is there cracking jokes and laughing with her little cackle!!
