Beverly M. Elliott Apr 1, 1932 – Dec 8, 2016 Beverly Marson Elliott, age 84, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with Alzheimers and vascular dementia. Born in Fargo, ND, Bev was married 63 years to Joseph “Buzz” Elliott, and together they raised four children. Bev was an avid golfer, skier, and bridge player, and sang in the Christ the King Choir for over two decades. She supported the Great Plains Girl Scouts, belonged to book clubs, DZ Sorority, Omaha Law Wives, and worked for many years at Audrey’s Gift Shop. Bev was preceded in death by her parents, brother, and sister. She is survived by husband, Joe Buzz; children: Marti (Mark), Gregg, Jeff (Suzanne), and Jodee; sister, Virginia Hoffer (Sonny), and brother David Marson (Donna); 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and relatives; and scores of friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, Dec. 21st, 5pm to 7pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7PM at the Bel Air Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Thursday, Dec. 22nd at 10am at Christ the King Catholic Church, 654 S. 86th St. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials are suggested to Alzheimers Association or Great Plains Girl Scouts.
