Edward H. Elstun Sep 28, 1925 – Jan 28, 2016 Ed was born to Frank and Helen Elstun in Lincoln, Nebraska. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. His life-long love for naval aviation was fostered during the war while he was based on many islands in the Southwest Pacific. He began his career at Snow Corporation in 1953 and retired as President and CEO in 1987. Ed was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Jan. He is survived by children: Susan Elstun, Linda and Tom Riffner, James and Peggy Elstun, and John Elstun; grandchildren: Max Riffner and Melissa Regele, Jess and Erica Riffner, Nicole, Dan and Heather, Michael, and Megan Elstun, Jessica Elstun, and Jack Elstun; great-grandchildren, Sam and June Riffner and Josephine Elstun. VISITATION Saturday, February 6th, from 10am to 12noon at Korisko Larkin Staskiewicz, 5108 F St. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Josie Harper Hospice House.
