Preceded in death by brother, Joel Conrad. Survived by son, Trent Conrad; mother, Kathy Conrad; father, David J. Conrad; sisters, Kristina Conrad and Lauren Conrad; grandfather, Duane Simonsen; aunts and uncles; cousins and many friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday, March 16th from 6pm to 8pm at the Bel Air Chapel. SERVICES Friday, March 17th at 10:30am at King of Kings Lutheran Church Chapel, 11615 “I” St. Memorials are suggested to Trent Conrad Education Fund.
Erik James Conrad was born on October 9, 1984 in Ventura, California to David and Kathy Conrad. He was baptized at Peace Lutheran Church in Camarillo, California and confirmed at King of Kings Lutheran Church in Omaha.
Erik graduated from Millard North Public High School, received an Associate’s Degree from Metro Community College in Utility Linesman, then received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Bellevue University.
He was blessed with a son, Trent who was the light of his life. Erik was very mechanically inclined and could fix anything. He enjoyed fishing and had his own fishing boat by the time he was 10 years old. He loved to play pool, bowling, Nebraska football, and working out at the gym.
He is survived by his son, Trent, of Omaha; his mother, Kathy, of Omaha; father, David, of Moorpark, California; sisters, Kristina of Oak Park, California and Lauren, of Omaha; grandfather Duane Simonsen of Pender, Nebraska. He had many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Joel; grandparents, Edgar and Dorothy Conrad of Beemer, Nebraska; grandmother, Lois (Renander) Simonsen of Pender, Nebraska.
