Preceded in death by husband, Irvin R. Holtz; sister, Mary Jean McAdams. Survived by daughter, Karen Belek (Jerry); son, Craig Holtz (Kimberly Lallman); four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
VISITATION: Friday, November 16th from 10am to 11am at the West Center Chapel, followed by FUNERAL at 11am. Interment: Hillcrest Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to First Lutheran Church of Omaha or the Alzheimer’s Association.

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I used to care for Evelyn at Heritage and loved her so much! We would sit and color together and I will cherish the memories I had with sweet Evie. ?
I’m so sorry for your loss praying for you and your family. My little shih-tzu, Midnight and I used to go see her at Heritage Ridge. She always smiled at us. She will truly be missed
