Preceded in death by husband, John D. Packett, Sr.; children, Mark Packett and Karen Bluvas; parents, Charles and Mary Rowland; five siblings. Survived by son, John D. Packett, Jr. (Susan); nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
VISITATION: Wednesday, June 13th from 9:30am to 10:30am at the West Center Chapel, followed by SERVICES at 10:30am. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park; Memorials will be directed by the family.

Great Aunt Evelyn was an elegant lady with a contagious laugh. My Grandma would take Evelyn(her sister) and I to Chicago with her and would drive at night so that Evelyn would sleep. Evelyn liked to talk. LOL! Just one of the many memories I have with my Great Aunt Evelyn. She is greatly missed and forever loved.
Sympathy to the family from old neighbors in Eagle Point. She was a very enjoyable neighbor!
