SANDSTEDT, Fay Ruth, a.k.a. Kris Arnold Sandstedt Jul 8, 1928 Jun 17, 2012. Well-known decorator in Omaha for many years under the name of Kris Arnold Sandstedt. She was a former model who won Chicagos Best Dressed Woman Award for several years in the 1960s. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. James Sandstedt. She is survived by many, many dear friends. A MEMORIAL CELEBRATION of Kris Life will be announced at a later date.
