Faye F. Jones, age 88, of Missouri Valley, Iowa passed away Friday March 14, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Faye lived in Missouri Valley for most of her life until 2007 when she moved to Holy Spirit Retirement Home in Sioux City, Iowa where she lived out her days. Faye was born May 22, 1922 to Clinton T and Blanche Amanda (Meyer) Fitch in Sterling, Colorado. Faye moved to Logan, Iowa at a young age and has been in the area all her life. She graduated from Logan High School. Faye married Ronald Bert Jones May 25, 1946 in Papillion, Nebraska. She worked as a Nurses Aide at the hospital for several years. Faye was a member of the Methodist Church. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ronald, brothers; Ira, Ken, Victor, Lee, sisters; Dolly (7 years old), Virginia Hand and Mary White and two infants sons Survivors include her sons; Dennis and wife Karla Jones of Pocahontas Tennessee, Jimmy and wife Elaine of Henderson, Nevada, daughter; Linda and husband Charles of Kingsley, Iowa, and 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
