Floyd was born December 19, 1931 in Little Sioux, Iowa tp Paul and Lura G. (McShane) Stansbery. Floyd served in the Air Force. He worked for the city of Mondamin in the Maintenance Department and was the Constable for many years. Survivors include his sister Angeline Miller of Little Sioux, Iowa; special niece Teresa McConnelle of Des Moines, Iowa. Floyd is preceded in death by his parents Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home Missouri Valley, Iowa
