My sincere sorry for your loss. Frank was one of the kindest, gentlest men I have know. He was the BEST neighbor anyone could have. He was always so helpful to me. I am so sad to hear the news of his passing. My prayers to all of his friends and family.

We knew Frank as a friendly and knowledgeable poll co-worker for many elections. He was a gentleman, and we will miss him.
