Frank was so special to me and our family. Our years blessed to be neighbors in Utah are forever etched in our hearts . His famous key lime pie is a delicious memory that we still talk about !! Hand delivered of course with a warm smile and fun stories to go with it . Tom we are so sorry for the loss of Frank … but we take peace knowing he’s happy and whole gardening and enjoying laughter and a good glass of wine with those gone before . Eternal rest grant him … and may perpetual light shine upon him 💙

Frank was a spirited, loving , true Italian soul. I met him in 1968 when he was Director of the Douglas County Foodstamp Program. He was so proud of his big, shiny cars and beaitiful antique furniture. I share many special memories of knowing Frank.

In a world that is moving too quickly and losing the values of what it is to be human, Frank lived his life impacting others through those special gifts. Even as a young boy giving away his toys to less fortunate children, he showed a level of compassion beyond his years. He continued sharing his values and care for the most vulnerable throughout his life time. He was the most loving son to his mother Jennie, giving her peace of mind in receiving his care and devoted attentiveness all of her life……(continued)

While living in Utah, Frank dedicated an extraordinary stained glass window to his parish in honor of his parents that will continue to lift the spirits of parishioners, and visitors for many years. His incredible sense of humor and love of nurturing friends and neighbors through his exceptional cooking skills touched the hearts of all who knew him. I remember the best homemade Italian Bacci Rolls sent home with me after a visit. Bunco Night was a legendary event in Draper when hosted by Tom and Frank. So much joy!

So sorry to hear of Frank’s death. We were classmates at St. Adalbert’s Grade School in Omaha and then Cathedral High School in Omaha. Dianne, my sympathy to you and your family and Tom. ” Nothing’s lost that love remembers.” Sincerely , Noelle

Frank was a very honest but sweet man. I was only able to care for him for a short while in the nursing home he was in for a short period of time. If I could have taken him home with me I would have. He deserved the best.
