George C. Ostronic
November 25, 1936 – December 13, 2018
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Janet; children: George Lee (Patty) Ostronic, Dwayne Ostronic, Janine Vogel (John), and Daniel (Linda) Ostronic; grandchildren: Tyler (Sydney) Ostronic, Kane Vogel, Joey (Sydney) Lieber, Logan (Emily) Lieber; great-grandchildren, Aislynn Ostronic and Carter Lieber, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
George was a 1955 South High School graduate, where his passion for cars began. His favorite car was his 1927 Street Rod. Until a month ago, he was very active in both the Midwest Street Rod Club and the Czech Civic Alliance Club for many years.
He worked as a plumber his entire career, starting with the Plumbers Union before building George C. Ostronic Plumbing in 1980.
He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church for more than 50 years.
The family would like to thank you for your love and prayers at this difficult time.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 1st from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Wednesday, January 2nd at 10am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 4804 Grover. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Thomas More Catholic Church.

I am so sorry to hear about George he was always my goto guy for anything mopar, I always enjoyed talking to him when he came in the station.
